  A comfortable apartment with beautiful interior. It was better than we expected from reviews and pictures. The house was equipped with everything that we needed and even more. The location was very quiet and calm but at a walking distance to the center. We really enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment. If we revisit Limassol, will for sure stay there again. Recommending everyone!

  Good location in Limassol, lovely walk along the beach promenade to the old town.
  Very stylish apartment, modern kitchen and had everything required, although we did not cook there, just breakfast.

  A lot of space, big windows, balconies, terrace. Beautiful view on mountains and the city. Very quiet. The owner met us at 3:00a.m. in the morning. Answered all the questions about the city. Was very welcoming and helpful all the time during our visit.

  We liked our stay in RESIDENCE ONE very much. We were pleased with the space in the apartment, the nearby beach and the possibility of drying wet clothes and towels on the balcony.
