  High floor with sunny balcony on the seaside with nice view, with the same time protected from main road (barely visible). Minutes to the beach on foot. Lot of parking places inside the closed territory. At least two big food shops, reachable also by foot. Nicely decorated bedroom with a lot of storage place. Spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water.
