Here’s what I love about the location — you’re actually living like a local for a few days. The street is lined with Cyprus pines and you’ll hear more Greek than English, which honestly feels refreshing after dealing with the tourist crowds down by the marina. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the beach, but the real gem is that you can stroll to some fantastic family-run tavernas that most visitors never discover. There’s free parking right on site too, which anyone who’s driven around Limassol will tell you is worth its weight in gold.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was larger than I expected — actually, much larger. These feel more like serviced apartments than hotel rooms, with enough space to spread out your stuff without living out of a suitcase. The balcony overlooks the neighborhood’s rooftops and gardens, and if you’re lucky enough to get one facing south, you’ll catch glimpses of the Mediterranean between the buildings. The air conditioning works perfectly (crucial in Cyprus summers), and the Wi-Fi is solid throughout the property.

Mornings here have this lovely, unhurried feel. There’s no massive breakfast buffet with tour groups jostling for tables — instead, you get a more intimate setup that actually lets you ease into the day. The staff genuinely seems to remember your name after the first day, which is rare these days. I found myself looking forward to those brief chats with the front desk team, who always had solid recommendations for places the guidebooks miss. You know what really impressed me? They helped arrange a car rental without any of the usual runaround.

  The owners were very welcoming and helpful. It's got plenty of room and good parking. They have tried to make it very homely which isn't to everyone's taste. Beds comfy, there was a bath which was much appreciated for me. Although not sure they like you to use it as only shower works.
  Location just half an hour walk to limmasol and close to other shops. Good location for driving everywhere.

  Where to begin? The property is absolutely beautiful, with a private driveway to park on, with a gate that closes behind keeping the property secure. Inside, the house is designed beautifully, with everything you could need and air-conditioning in every room.
  The kitchen is well equipped, and the bed is extremely comfortable.
  
  The owners were fantastic and so helpful! Unfortunately, the airline lost my suitcase, which meant I was late arriving, but they were so helpful and understanding, with Andros even offering to lend me some of his clothes! (The man literally offered me the shirt from his back! A true gentleman).
  
  The location was perfect, set on a quiet side street with plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.
  
  When we come back to Cyprus again, we will be staying at the same place, for sure! 10/10!
