You’re close enough to the action that you can easily walk to restaurants and shops, but far enough removed that you actually get some peace when you want it. The fact that couples rate the location 9.2 out of 10 makes total sense once you’re here — there’s something romantic about the whole area, especially as the day winds down. Plus, having free private parking on-site is honestly a game-changer if you’re planning to explore Cyprus by car, which I’d definitely recommend.

The Rooms

My room struck that perfect balance between comfort and style without trying too hard to impress. The space felt thoughtfully designed — you know how some hotels cram in furniture just to fill space? That’s not the case here. Everything has its place, and the attention to detail shows in small touches like the quality of the linens and the way the room captures natural light. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed, though I have to say the real star was stepping out onto the balcony in the evening (hence the name, I suppose).

The breakfast situation exceeded my expectations — and I’m usually pretty picky about hotel food. There’s a good mix of local Cypriot options alongside the standard international fare, which I appreciated since you want to get a taste of where you are, right? The dining area has this relaxed vibe where you can actually linger over coffee without feeling rushed. Throughout the day, the common areas maintain this easy-going atmosphere that somehow manages to feel both social and peaceful. It’s the kind of place where you might strike up a conversation with fellow travelers without it feeling forced.

  The safety of the property was perfect. The designated parking spot was a great touch. The apartment was clean and 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom is more than enough space for 4 people. Wifi is strong.

  Lovely apartment in a great condominium with pretty much everything you might need. Nice pool and the best equipped gym I've ever encountered in rental properties. A cafe addition was also very welcome – great stuff, tasty coffee and very fresh pastries went down a treat.
