It’s about 10 minutes east of Limassol’s main tourist strip, which means you get the beach access without the crowds and inflated prices. The neighborhood has this relaxed, residential feel — there’s a small supermarket around the corner, a few traditional tavernas where you’ll hear more Greek than English, and the kind of bakery where they know your order by day three. I mean, you’re still close enough to drive into Limassol for dinner or nightlife, but you can actually hear the waves at night instead of traffic.

What I really liked was the balcony situation; depending on which way you’re facing, you get either sea views or a peek into the quiet neighborhood life. The air conditioning works properly (crucial in summer), and there’s enough space for two people without feeling cramped.

Beach Access & Activities

Here’s where Sun sea B102 apartment by the beach really delivers on its name. The beach is literally a two-minute walk, and it’s one of those stretches of coast that hasn’t been completely developed yet. You’ll find a mix of locals and visitors, but it never feels overcrowded. The water’s clean, there are a couple of beach bars if you want a cold Keo beer, and the swimming is actually better here than at some of the more famous beaches closer to Limassol center. If you’re into water sports, there’s a place that rents kayaks and paddleboards just down the coast.

Why Guests Love It

That 9.5 rating makes sense once you spend a few days here. It’s not about fancy amenities or room service — it’s about getting exactly what you came to Cyprus for without any fuss. Couples especially seem to appreciate the quieter vibe and the fact that you can have a proper beach holiday without staying in a massive resort. The value is solid too; you’re paying three-star prices for what’s essentially beachfront accommodation. Plus, the owners clearly care about the place — everything works, it’s spotless, and they’re responsive if you need anything. Sometimes the best travel experiences come from places that just do the basics really, really well.

  I initially wrote a much longer review, but the website crashed, so here's the condensed version. This is a great apartment with great and very responsive hosts! It's really cozy, has a balcony and decent privacy. The bed is comfy, which is a huge plus, because this is rare to find. The kitchen has everything you need, even for baking. (A better vegetable peeler would be nice, and maybe a wooden/bamboo cutting board instead of a plastic one, but other than that, it's really great!) Lighting in the apartment is also nice, and you can choose between different types. If you're staying in winter, the bathroom doesn't have separate heating, but if you leave the door open with the AC heating on, it will warm up fast enough. (And there are no unpleasant smells from the bathroom, so it's not a problem to leave the door open at all). The apartment is also very clean, and provided with everything you could need.
  
  One example of great hosts responsiveness – when the internet stopped working, they called the provider and initially said it would be fixed within 24 hours. However, when I said I had an important video meeting later, they called the provider again, and fixed it the same day, within only a few hours, and in time for my meeting.
  
  Overall, this is one of the best places I've stayed at, and can absolutely recommend it. If I come back to Limassol, definitely staying here again.
