The apartment itself is what you’d expect from a well-maintained complex — clean, functional, with that Mediterranean tile flooring that stays cool even when it’s blazing outside. The kitchen is properly equipped, not just a mini-fridge and a prayer, which matters when you want to grab fresh produce from the local market. The room layout makes sense, and the air conditioning works (trust me, you’ll need it). What really sells it though is stepping out onto that balcony in the evening — the sea breeze and the view make you forget about any minor quirks.

  We arrived from Riga to Paphos with Ryanair. It was our first trip to Cyprus. The Owner of the property helped to arrange for big taxi. The property is centrally located with 20 min by bus No30 at 1.5 eur (or with taxi at 20 eur) to Limassol centre. The property is with nice balcony with sea view, where we took our breakfasts. Nearby (5min walking) are supermarket, McDonalds, Sixt Car rent, fish tabernas, walkway along the sea. We rented a car and travelled to the Aphrodite Bay, to Paphos, to Polis, to Larnaca & Aya-napa beach and to a monastery in the mountains. The property has 3 bed rooms, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Very convenient for 4 family budget trip. Indeed value for money.

  My stay at these apartments was the most wonderful and memorable experience of my life. From booking to check-out, everything was top-notch.
  
  Booking Process:
  The booking process was incredibly simple and convenient, and the confirmation came instantly. The host was very friendly and always ready to help with any questions.
  
  Location:
  The location of the apartments was perfect—just a few minutes' walk from major attractions and public transport. The area is safe and quiet, with plenty of cafes and shops nearby. I particularly loved that within 4 minutes, you could be swimming in the sea. There are two types of beaches opposite the house: one with sunbeds and one without. The bus stop is within 100 meters, and within a 300-meter radius, there are over 10 restaurants. It's just a 3-minute walk to the Metro store and the 24/7 Sigma bakery.
  
  Interior and Amenities:
  The interior of the apartments amazed me with its modernity and coziness. All amenities, from the fully equipped kitchen to the luxurious bathroom, made my stay as comfortable as possible. The bed was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to get a great night's sleep every night. The apartments have everything needed for living.
  
  Host:
  I have never encountered such care before. We arrived on the hottest day in June in Cyprus's history, and I dreaded going to the store. But then we found chilled water, juices, beer, wine, fruits, cheeses, ice cream, and ice in the fridge. Fresh bread. It was incredibly touching. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything possible: 6 types of coffee, 9 types of tea, various jams, honey, 5 types of oil, diverse salad dressings, and a huge selection of spices. On the first day, Andreas came to show us everything in the apartment and told us all about the local infrastructure, giving his recommendations on restaurants, shops, and attractions.

  The host, Andreas, is amazing. Communication is easy, he is incredibly friendly, and upon arrival, we found the fridge and kitchen filled with more than bare necessities. The apartment is clean, there are supermarkets, a bakery and a variety of restaurants, not a stone throw away. Perfect value for money.

  Nice apartment in an apartment building with full equipment and reserved parking space. Overlooking the sea. Within walking distance there is a non-stop bakery, Metro and Lidl supermarket, restaurants and other amenities. The pictures accurately reflect the real condition of the accommodation.
  We were contacted by the owner of the accommodation, Mr. Antréas, prior to our arrival. He is very communicative and friendly, whenever we needed anything he helped us immediately. We arranged our arrival without any problems, he personally showed us the apartment, he even prepared some groceries in the fridge to welcome us. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is easily comfortable for a family with three children. All rooms have air conditioning. The house has an elevator. We had a great time during our stay, thanks to Mr. Antréas we felt like locals.
  The accommodation has incredibly fast internet, fiber optic connection. 300 Mbit download, 100 Mbit upload on Wi-Fi.
