  Czystość i cisza – zarówno od sąsiadów, jak i od ulicy. Wszystko dość świeże (na płytkach w kuchni jest jeszcze pył po montażu), pachnące i zadbane. Dobre wyposażenie kuchni (nie znaleźliśmy tylko korkociągu). Mnóstwo miejsca na miejsce ubrania w szafie w sypialni. Duży taras z meblami wypoczynkowymi.
