The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable . The location was excellent, the apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood opposite a small park and very close to the sea but also to the center of the city . The hosts were very helpful and polite.

  The Neapolis spacious apartment was a real gem, right in the centre of Limassol, close to the local beach (within walking distance), yet located in a quiet area. The apartment is absolutely amazing in terms of equipment, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and everything you could possibly need to function as your own home (dishwasher tablets, washing powder, etc.) The master bedroom has a super wide bed with a very comfortable mattress (it felt like a cloud). The shower is with good water pressure and very hot water. The open-plan living room is large and cosy, with a good-sized balcony facing the seaside.
  
  The hosts are incredibly attentive, helpful, friendly, and amazing people. Everything was explained to us in detail, and they checked on us to ensure we arrived safely, even though we arrived quite late at night. We found welcome chocolates and wine in the fridge, and the lovely, crisp-smelling bedding was ready for a good night’s rest. For the money, you are getting very good quality accommodation in a lovely newly refurbished apartment, complete with allocated parking in an underground garage. As a bonus, the hosts are amazing. After 20 years of visiting Limassol, this was one of our best accommodations found. Thank you very much, and we hope to stay again.

  When it's right it's right! Amazing apartment, spacious, comfortable, clean and inviting. Complete with everything you need for a perfect vacation. The rooms are large and the beds are extremely comfortable.
  Location is great, far enough from the action to be quiet and close enough to have the beach, restaurants in other attractions just a couple of minutes walk.
  Nefinos is an amazing host, always happy to help and easy to communicate with.

  Большая, просторная и чистая квартира со всеми удобствами. Очень доброжелательный хозяин. Были в зимнее время и проблем с обогревом не было , так как в каждой комнате есть кондиционер.

  Честно, переживали что мало отзывов , но решились и не пожалели, что выбрали эти апартаменты , современнно, просторно, чистота идеальная , заметно что сделано для комфортного отдыха . Мебель вся новая , удобные кровати , на кухне все необходимое и даже более для сьемных апартаментов ( хозяйки меня поймут новые сковородки , посудомойка с капсулами для мытья), стиральная машинка с большым бутылем для стирки . К морю пять минут это максимум , пляж широкий песчаный можно взять шезлонги за 7,5 евро ( 2 шезлонга и зонтик) , близко как маленькие магазинчики так и большой супермаркет . Хозяин действительно дружелюбный и ответственный, готов помочь в любую минуту. Читала в предыдущих отзывах , что посуды не хватало, должна отметить более чем предостаточно , было все и большом количестве , вся посуда новая. Нам очень понравилось ! А еще понравился лифт с кондиционером , который нас практически всегда ждал с открытой дверью ! Нам очень понравилось ! Кушали на пляже в кафе , оно одно там, все свежее и вкусное . Нам очень понравилось ! Рекомендую !

  Апартаменты великолепные, чисто, тихо, уютно. Кровати очень удобные, на кухне есть все необходимое. Место расположение очень удобное, рядом магазин, море в двух шагах. Квартира очень чистая, светлая. Хозяин очень дружелюбный и ответственный, никаких проблем. Общение на высшем уровне. Если нужна какая либо помощь смело можно было обратится и он решал любые вопросы.
