  très bel appartement, fonctionnel , spacieux et très bien équipé. Le parking dans la résidence et un plus. la terrasse est grande avec vue partielle sur la mer : par contre la vue sur l'immeuble d'à coté , un peu délabré , n'est pas top.
  l'accès à la plage , directement depuis un portillon situé à l'arrière de l'immeuble est très appréciable après une journée de visites !
