  Βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλό σημείο, με εύκολη πρόσβαση σε σημεία ενδιαφέροντος. Άνετο και μεγάλο σπίτι σε καλή και ήσυχη γειτονιά. Ο εξοπλισμός του ήταν σε καλό επίπεδο. Αν διαθέτετε αυτοκίνητο, μπορείτε να βρείτε θέση έξω στον δρόμο σχετικά εύκολα.
