Here’s the thing about Georgiou A street in Germasogeia — it’s one of those addresses that locals nod approvingly at when you mention it. You’re basically in the sweet spot between Limassol’s bustling center and the more residential areas, which means you get the best of both worlds. The beach is a genuine five-minute walk (I timed it), and you’re close enough to the marina that you can easily stroll over for dinner. What I really appreciated was being able to walk to proper supermarkets and cafes where locals actually go, not just the touristy spots.

The Apartment Experience

The apartments at Gulf Palace Apartments are what sold me on the place — they’re proper living spaces, not just hotel rooms with a kitchenette thrown in. Mine had a full kitchen that I actually used, a separate living area where I could spread out, and a balcony that caught the afternoon breeze perfectly. The furnishing is modern without being cold, and there’s enough storage that you can properly unpack for longer stays. I mean, having a washing machine in your room is a game-changer when you’re traveling for more than a few days.

Daily Rhythms

What struck me most was how quickly this place lets you settle into a natural rhythm. Mornings on the balcony with coffee, quick trips to the nearby bakery, lazy afternoons by the pool area. The pool itself isn’t huge, but it’s perfectly adequate and never felt crowded during my stay. Evenings, you can walk to the waterfront for dinner or just grab something from the market and cook in — both feel equally appealing, which is rare. The whole setup encourages you to live like a temporary local rather than just pass through as a tourist.

That 9.1 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s the kind of place that gets the fundamentals right without any fuss — reliable WiFi, excellent air conditioning, and housekeeping that doesn’t disrupt your day. Couples particularly seem to appreciate the space and privacy you get here, plus the romantic potential of those evening walks to the marina. The location really is the star though — close enough to everything that matters, but tucked away enough that you feel like you’ve found something special rather than just another tourist accommodation.

  Easy Communication, our host met us at the entrance to parking and was very kind and gracious. The apartment is spacious, great location, view from Balcony stright to ocean is amazing. Short driving distance to Old city. lots of resturants and grocery stores all around. Great rooms, comfy beds, New TV with ability to stream. We were very Happy1

  Seaview. The rooms correspond to the description on the booking. Nicely furnished, functional. On arrival there was water in the fridge. Equipped kitchen. Fairly safe neighborhood. Bus stop to Limassol right in front of the location. Small, unequipped beaches with sunbeds are nearby, but you can go to the beach in front of the building where there is also a swimming pool. On the opposite side of Berezka street – Ukrainian cuisine with good prices and plenty of choices.
  Georgia offered me all the help I needed during the visit, she even helped me arrange transportation to Protaras.
