  The apartment is spacious, light and clean, with a lovely balcony. Its location is perfect – it's just across the street from the beach and the Old Town is within an easy walking distance.
  Mario was a wonderful host – easy to get in touch with and very quick to respond. He even organised an early check-in for us as we had an early flight to Cyprus. We will certainly stay here again if the apartment is available next time we're in Cyprus. All in all, we can warmly recommend this place!

  Ένα πεντακάθαρο φωτεινό και ευρύχωρο διαμέρισμα που πληρεί όλες τις προϋποθέσεις για μια εξαιρετική διαμονή. Ότι και αν χρειαστείς το βρίσκεις δίπλα σου χωρίς να θέλεις μεταφορικό μέσο. Δίπλα στην θάλασσα, 5 λεπτά από τον ζωολογικό κήπο. Πισίνα στο roof garden. Ήσυχο περιβάλλον, ότι πρέπει για χαλάρωση. Αλλά τόσα και καλύτερα έχω να πω για τον ιδιοκτήτη! Εξαίρετος επαγγελματίας με άμεση ανταπόκριση! Φιλικός και ανθρώπινος με στόχο πάντα την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση προς τους πελάτες του! Τον ευχαριστούμε για όλα. Μπορεί να υπάρχουν πολλά καταλύματα στην Λεμεσό σαν τον κ. Μάριο όμως δεν θα βρείτε αλλού! Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα

  Квартира больше, чем выглядит на фото. Особенно балкон, он достаточно большой. Квартира новая, опрятная, есть все необходимое и даже аптечка! Постельное белье и полотенца новые и хорошие. Есть даже зонт для пляжа. Пляж в двух шагах. Под домом есть магазины. Кондиционер в каждой комнате. Посуда хорошая и ее достаточно. Наличие своей парковки в этом районе – жирный плюс. Очень удобное заселение и выселение.
