We had to move with a wheelchair and the ushers and porters were very helpful with the car, loading/unloading etc. There was only one minor mistake with my son’s juice they were so helpful, understanding and they made up for it in the kindest of ways. Excellent facilities, both in room and in the hotel, very clean lovely comfy bed and great hot tub and indoor pool. Love the soap products in room and the variety at breakfast.
