The location here is genuinely brilliant, and I mean that — recent guests have rated it 9.3 out of 10, which doesn’t happen by accident. You’re in Germasogeia, tucked between the tourist strip and where actual Cypriots live their daily lives. It’s about a 10-minute walk to some decent beaches, but more importantly, you’re close enough to Limassol’s city center to grab dinner at those family-run tavernas that don’t make it into guidebooks. The free private parking is a godsend too — anyone who’s tried to park near Limassol’s waterfront during summer will appreciate this more than they initially realize.

The Accommodations

The rooms feel more like serviced apartments than hotel rooms, which explains why couples rate this place so highly for romantic getaways. There’s actual space to spread out, and the kitchenette setup means you can grab fresh produce from the local market (there’s a good one about five minutes away) and prepare simple meals. The décor won’t win any design awards, but it’s clean, functional, and surprisingly comfortable. You know what I appreciated most? The balconies actually face something worth looking at, not a parking lot or another building’s wall.

  After experience a traumatic start to our holiday with our Airbnb being unsuitable and half the building missing, Bobby the host for Alkinoou Residence came to our rescue at such short notice. Bobby was extremely hospitable, her property was beautiful, the kitchen was fully functioning which gave us the option of cooking at home. Alkinoou Residence is in a good location with a variety of amenities such as supermarkets (Lidl and Metro) restaurants, pharmacy and beaches. Cannot fault Bobby the host or the property at all. Highly highly recommended this property and definitely will be back in the future!

  Ładny, bardzo dobrze wyposażony, czysty i komfortowy dom, w którym z wielką przyjemnością mieszkaliśmy podczas pobytu w Limassol. Przestronny salon z kuchnią i podwórkiem, oraz trzy sypialnie, posiadały wszystkie potrzebne udogodnienia i dobrze działającą AC. Spotkała nas również niespodzianka – przylecieliśmy w nocy, a wspaniała Gospodyni pozostawiła nam powitalny posiłek, co po długiej podróży i braku możliwości skorzystania nocą ze sklepu, było niesamowite 😘. Aliknoou Residence to naprawdę fajne miejsce, które z całego serca polecamy 🙂🙂🙂

  Чудесный уютный и очень чистый дом! В-целом, нам все понравилось! На первом этаже большая кухня-гостиная, туалет и небольшой дворик со столом, на втором три спальни, одна совсем маленькая с односпальной кроватью и общий душ.
  – по месторасположению: с машиной – идеально. В радиусе 1-2 километров есть все, супермаркет Metro, Lidl, очень чистый и немноголюдный небольшой пляж, Макдональдс, ресторанчики. Можно проехать на пляж отеля For Seasons – это около 5-6 км, там просто сказка.
  – хозяйка – невероятно приятная и дружелюбная, во всех вопросах помогала и шла навстречу.
  – Интернет летает, правда только на 1 этаже, ТВ с YouTube.

  Alkinoou Residence был первым домом, в котором мы поселились на Кипре. С первого взгляда производит впечатление очень комфортабельного, ухоженного дома. Полностью оснащен всем необходимым, вплоть до мелочей. Удобный патио и террасы. На всех окнах есть наружные ставни. Защищают от солнца и посторонних глаз. Очень комфортный район для проживания. До моря 20 минут. Это означает, что живешь в тихом жилом квартале, а если хочешь, выходишь в туристическую зону. Магазины в 5, 8 и 15 минут пешком. Очень доброжелательная и готовая помочь хозяйка. Popi помогла нам освоиться на Кипре и была неизменно благожелательна, даже когда я, по незнанию, сожгла ей бойлер. (На Кипре пользуются солнечными батареями для нагрева воды.. Бойлеры используют редко, включают и отключают вручную. Время работы – не больше часа!) Теперь, когда проезжаем мимо, просто ностальгируем по своему первому жилью на Кипре.
